At secondmoonbooks.com, we’re committed to great service and your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy (from the delivery date), subject to the terms below.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email our support team at secondmoonbooks@gmail.com with your order number and request (return or exchange).
- Receive return instructions: We’ll reply within 24 hours with the correct return address. Please do not use the shipping address on your package.
- Send your item: Include a note with your order number, email, and reason for return/exchange, then ship the package to the address provided.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange within 7 business days.
Free Return & Exchange
We will cover return shipping and offer a free replacement or refund if:
- The personalization details are incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong name/printing mistake).
- We shipped the wrong item.
- The book arrives damaged or defective.
Charged Return & Exchange
If you return or exchange an item for reasons other than those listed above (such as personal taste, or change of mind), the following charges apply:
- Return shipping: You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to the price of the product.
Cancellations & Changes
If you request a cancellation after placing an order, a 30% customization fee applies because design work begins immediately. If you need to change personalization details, please reply to the preview email as soon as possible so we can update the design before production starts. (Please note: even if you contact us right after placing the order, the customization fee will still apply because production starts immediately to ensure timely delivery.)
Return & Exchange Requirements
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
- Personalized items may be subject to the fees stated above.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
